Candlelight Yoga- 2nd Fridays of the month End the week with a candle light practice that will stretch your body and releases the stress of the hectic week. Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply. We will begin class with a gentle warm up practice and end with deep relaxation

Core Strength and Balance- Yoga flow class. We start with sun salutations to warm up the body then move into a core and balance focused class. A total body work out perfect for all fitness levels.

Renew – Gentle – This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and restorative practice. Renew will improve range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress.

Vinyasa Flow Fluid transition pose to pose seamlessly linking body breath and movement. create heat and calm the mind in a continuous dynamic flow
