 Gentle Yoga- This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and restorative practice. Renew will improve range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress.

Gentle Flow & Yin – A restorative blend of movement and stillness. The class is half gentle vinyasa flow & half seated deep stretch, also known as yin yoga. 

Gentle & Restorative – Calming yoga practice that leads to longer held restorative postures with plenty of props for maximum comfort and relaxation. This class releases physical and mental tension through breath work and simple meditation. Beginners welcome.

Open Flow @ Brice’s Brewing Co– Open Level Vinyasa Flow at Brice’s Brewing Company. Bring your mat and any props needed for your yoga practice. Yoga flow or group fitness experience recommended, but not mandatory. Options will be given for various levels of practitioners.
