The next installment of our Storytellers original songwriter series! We are kicking off springtime with a showcase of super-talented local performers: Janna Badalian (your host for the evening), Lydia Saint George, and Meghan Boyd. Get ready for an evening of intimate listening-room style music appreciation…. These uniquely talented songwriters will take you on a journey outside yourself with their guitar (and keyboard!) melodies and thoughtful lyrics.
Our "listening room" will be in our cozy covered outdoor patio setting! There are walls around 3.5 walls, propane heaters, live plants, and relaxing vibes. Grab a glass of wine or beer (or a non-alcoholic beverage) and some snacks and get ready for a night of original music from local female songwriters of Wake County.
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided and meditative practice designed to help the body and mind ease into a deeply rejuvenative state. Class begins with a little bit of gentle movement to prepare the body to comfortably lie in a restorative shape for the remainder of practice. Open to all levels.

Wine Seminar
You are invited to join us for a very special Italian wine seminar with Manuel Magnani from Sunrise Wines on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 @ 6:30pm. We will be tasting 4 wines with a specially paired bite to accompany each one. Together, we will learn all about the wines while enjoying anecdotes about Manuel's life and travels through Italy. All the wines are from small, boutique wineries run by people Manuel knows personally and who share his passion for life and wine.
Interactive Murder Mystery
The Show
Jump back into the 1920’s for an interactive murder mystery where jealousy, secrets, and betrayal weave a web of mystery around a groom with more enemies than friends. Unravel the threads of deception at this immersive engagement party, where everyone’s a suspect and the truth is your greatest challenge. Once the deed is done, it is up to YOU, the audience, to vote on which character gets sent to the big house!
Engaged to Death features a hilarious cast of Triangle actors, musicians, singers, and improvisers in this whodunnit by local playwright Doug Simpson and directed by Mikki Marvel. Co-produced and staged in downtown Garner’s Zin Yoga Studio and Wine lounge, the event includes light refreshments and a glass of wine. The bar will be open all night for additional purchases and patrons are invited to dress in 1920’s attire. The jazz will also be flowing, so come with your dancin’ shoes on!
The Event
Throughout the 90-minute show, patrons will follow the action throughout Zin as this zany original story unfolds. The party includes live music, light hors d'oeuvres. and one glass of house wine. The audience may (but are not required to) interact with the characters as they mill throughout the venue. *Guests have the option during check in to self identify that they wish to not be spoken to by performers.
This Saturday at 7 PM, Engaged to Death by Seed Art Share is bringing the drama, the suspense, and the laughs! 👀🕵️♀️
