Join us for a special Baby and Me Yoga class designed to nurture the bond between you and your little one. The class is suitable for all levels and includes poses that incorporate your baby, fostering connection and playful interaction. Whether you're looking to soothe postpartum aches and pains, relieve stress, or simply enjoy quality time with your baby, this class offers a supportive and welcoming environment. The class is open to anyone at least 6 weeks postpartum and babies that are not yet crawling.
