Prenatal Yoga Series:
Join Sydney Mierop, PRYT for our Prenatal Yoga Series this fall. This series is designed to support and empower expectant mothers through mindful movement, breathwork, and self-discovery. Each session focuses on preparing your body, heart, and mind for the birthing process, helping you connect deeply with your baby and your inner wisdom. Explore techniques for coping with the intensity of labor, build resilience, and cultivate trust in your body's innate ability to birth. Each 90 minute session will feature time for birth education, skill building, and sharing, followed by a one hour yoga class. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this series offers a safe, nurturing space to explore your personal journey of birth and motherhood and build community. No prior yoga experience is necessary and participants should be cleared by their doctor to participate.
